GoBinder has a sale going on that takes 30% off the regular price, makeing the student edition only 20 35 bucks (I just went by word of mouth instead of doing the math ^_^). The GoBinder website also says, "you can purchase a license for GoBinder 2005 and upgrade to 2006 free within the first 60 days [...]

Agilix just released an update to the GoBinder 2006 Beta that lets you import GoBinder 2005 files. It took mine almost 40 minutes to import, but my database is enormously enormous (5 GB) and it did warn me “it may take a couple hours.”
