Do I get extra credit for being first? Seriously though I’ve been keeping an eye on the messenger blog and this new version looks great, I’d really appreciate an invite - thanks and keep up the good work here on Student Tablet PC

“Your mom has 2-3 invites.”
January 7th, 2006 at 8:31 pmI am not quite sure about what you mean by best post, but here goes (I sure hope I win!)…
The tablet PC has changed my life for the very best. “Paperlessness” has transformed my productivity. What once were ten binders is now in one tablet. Searchable notes, no papers to lose, rearranging and sharing is a snap…sheer bliss, I say.
My tablet is my ultimate companion. Music, photos, all of my files, and years worth of the My Documents folder is always with me on the go, and I can pull up anything I want in a flash with the TIP and Windows Desktop Search. Plus, I can check the weather and news online, while having a coffee, without having a screen separating me from the rest of the world.
Programs such as GoBinder and OneNote truly transform your note-taking experience. Finally, colour-coordinated individuals can pull up a different size, shape, and colour of pen, without carrying along a buldging pencil case with them everywhere. Even books can be scanned in and annotated.
Portability itself has now been redefined. Catch up on some reading while standing up, and quickly write your e-mails on-the-go. There’s now no need for me to be chained to my desktop for all of my internet and communication chores. Talk to your friends and family with ink and speech using IM programs (cough, cough), and doodle your humorous creations right in the conversation window. In addition, with a convertible, I still have a keyboard handy for that thousand-word essay, for when the Input Panel and handwriting recognition won’t do justice. You can now really be productive anywhere.
“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Listen to your music collection while doing your homework. I can now enjoy my old family pictures wherever I am, when I catch myself with some free time. Play some pen-based games such as InkBall or Hexic in the Education Pack, or spend some time doodling in InkArt.
There are many applications today that take advantage of tablet PC capabilities, and the tablet community is constantly growing. Online resources such as the Student Tablet PC really help me take advantage of all the possibilities, and offer tips and guidance that enhance your tablet experience. By employing these tips, my experience is further enhanced, and makes the tablet PC one thing in my life that I can’t live without.

January 7th, 2006 at 10:22 pmHi Trevor,
I would really appreciate one of those invites. As my contribution, I’ll invite you to check out socialporn.com, a new “digg” style approach to online porn. I just found it a little while ago and I think it’s a really neat idea.. maybe you might too!
Enjoy

January 8th, 2006 at 10:22 pmHi, I use my Toshiba Tecra M4 for my AP Physics C class. It is very helpful. I would really like an invite for MSN 8. If need physics programs you can go to my website at http://www.nathancalcprgm.netfirms.com. The tablet pc needs one thing though a better version of Microsoft OneNote. It does not allow for a gallery of shapes. Thanks
